Who should be involved in the call?

You’re better protected when your team are working from the same network or Cloud-based server, as this avoids data being saved externally.

What information do I need to prepare?

Nothing, we ask questions about your company size, sites, setup and practices and plans. If possible, you could bring along some sample invoices or terms from existing suppliers, but it isn’t necessary. We can always follow up later with an updated version of the report if anything crucial is missing.

Do you need my logins to do the assessment?

No, we can complete a standard security risk assessment without access to your environment. If you want to run an advanced risk assessment later, this will require a greater level of access. To complete an email scan, you will need to fill in your Office 365 details via an online form, but we will never have access to or hold this data.

Will I have lots of information to fill out?
