Our client operates three specialist brands, providing events, creative, and technology solutions for the automotive industry. The company wanted to achieve ISO 27001, an internationally recognised certification that covers an organisation’s information security processes and procedures across the whole business, not just IT. Organisations pursue it to demonstrate strong governance, build client trust, and meet the security expectations of partners and regulators.
They had already made progress on the non-IT elements of their compliance journey when they engaged Exi-Go to take on the technical side. With the auditor’s assessment already booked, they needed their IT systems brought into a fully compliant, managed state quickly.

The Exi-Go consultant attended weekly progress meetings throughout the project, monitoring staff progress and addressing any issues early. When the virtual audit took place they were present to support the IT elements alongside the ISO assessor directly.

The client successfully achieved their ISO 27001 certification. All IT systems were fully operational and compliant in time for the audit, which concluded with minimal disruption.
